    Looks better than the new Mercury 225 V6 to me and definitely better than the G2 to me.

    Looks like the new 200, and 225 Pro Xs’s will be V8’s as well.

    A 4 stroke will never work on a boat. The valve train isn't designed for a constant running at 5-6rpm. Cars only run 2/3k RPM. Too many moving parts. Not enough torque with a 4 stroke thats why motocross use 2 strokes!!

    That at was the old myth. But they were right for a while until technology caught up to the situation. Lol.

    Not sure either but I am sure they will be as strong or probably stronger with that 4.6 liter V8 and being over 100 pounds lighter. And no need for the Verado Pro series now because the new Pro XS’s are 4 Stroke.

    when the 198 is done in two weeks, they are going to put one of them there 225 four stroke merc's on her, it's going to be a rocket ship!!!
