Hi all, fairly new to boat ownership and would like to get some help on an issue im having with my 2005 mercury 30 efi PULL start.
the electric start works fine, when im trying to pulk start it seems stuck until i mess around with the levers on the too when cowl is off.
i feel like something is off with either the cowl or and cables and spring and lever at the top of the motor, are there any members with this motor possible to post the same pictures i have to compare?
