I've had pretty good results with a 26 fury on my 721. Fastest I've seen was 76 with everything I carry fishing which is a medium load and half a tank of gas.

I'm running a 25 Fury on my 721. However I have a 2013 with the 8" manual POS jackplate. Best I've gotten is 73, run 70 all day long with it though.

Let folks know year of motor and manual or hydraulic plate.

B&B'd 26 fury usually. Don't know how many months of the year you could turn one with Florida heat and humidity though.

I run a 26 and 25. The 25 is better overall in big water and hole shot but the 26 is faster top end by about 2 mph on average on my boat. The 26 will turn about 5800 and 78 mph in good conditions, best ever was 79.5mph. The 25 turns about 5900-5950 and I can usually get 76 out of it, one time I got 78.9 out of it and that video is actually on YouTube. Currently I’m running a 26 tempest that has been worked. It’s not my prop but I wanted to try it and I think I have 3 or 4 days on the water with it. It’s turning 5900 and I was running 75mph with 15 gallons of gas by myself. With 2 people and 35 gallons of gas it only ran 69 which I was very surprised about. Overall I think a stock fury is better in all depeartments over this tempest.

I’m running a B&B Fury. Had it turned to a 25.5. Best I got was 78.2. The stock 25 & 26 are good. I would say the 25 is more what you need in Florida. I would suggest sending it to Mark and have it B&B
