    looking to buy a pontoon boat

    Looking for a used pontoon boat 22-24 ft not a fishing barge but the cruse type nothing to high under 14,000 something ready for the water

    I would tell you to look for a boat with the largest engine the bill is rated for. My relation boat had 115 hp--good for about 30 mph.

    Unfortunately your budget won't allow for a tritoon with 150hp--good for almost 40 mph. That is where the toons really perform.
