    Ranger parts/warrranty department

    Called a week ago. Left my info. No call back. Anyone have a direct line or someone thats a little more responsive at the plant.

    Owner's Manual - Customer Service

    I ordered an Owner's Manual for my 1992 Ranger Comanche 482V on 6-18-18 from Kristin who just transferred in from a few years in the yard. FedEx delivered it this morning. $10. for the manual and $7.55 shipping. Like her owner the boat few years on it.

    Is it normal to sit on hold for 15-30 minutes when trying to get in contact with Parts dept.? Tried Friday and again today just to stuck on hold every time I called.

    i ordered a deck extension about 4 weeks ago for a r83 year 2000 and they said about 5 weeks to make it,really nice guy i talked with, try calling on maybe a wednesday i never had a problem,i think monday's are real busy

    You might try Jet a Marina, they usually have several pads in stock and your not very far from them,,,,,,,RT
