LWRC MCI M61C SPR- Carbine 5.56 AR-15

I have a friend that will sell me this LWRC AR. It also has a Trijicon ACOG 3.5 x 35 dual Illuminated W / Green Chevron M193 reticle- w/ Scope cover (Fiber Optic). Also includes a quick release mount. Comes with 5 clips. He throwing in 2000 rounds of ammo. It’s only been shot 5 times. He said $3150 for everything. I thought it sounded like a good deal. You guys think it’s a good deal?

I'm no expert but a quick google search shows the gun itself to be work around 2200-2500. Not sure what mags it uses, but I can get AR15 mags for $15 all day long and ammo in that amount can be had for around $600. Probably not a bad deal.
