    Xpress x21 setup help

I have a new x21 with Yamaha 250 sho 10 inch hydraulic jack plate and a Yamaha 25 pitch prop. I’m only seeing a top speed of 64 mph( loaded and full tank of gas). My rpms are around 5500. Just looking for suggestions on what to do to get more speed.

Moving the hydraulic jp up or down doesn't help ? Rpm's seem low might need to drop a pitch down to 24.

I moved the jack plate all over the place and that’s the most rpms I can get.

Sounds like you probably aren't getting enough bow lift? How loaded down are you?

You running a T1 prop? You should be in the low 70s (full tournament load) with that set up if the boat is lifting properly.

I'm running a 250 HPDI with T1 worked to a 26 by Mark and running in upper 70's is no problem.

kk4iz really has his dialed in though...He has a fast set up...However, something isn't right...You should at least be running 70 mph...
