    You have a toe out condition on your rear axel. Bent axel or spindle is the issue.

    It isn't a balance issue...Balance doesn't wear the inside of the tire. This is either an alignment issue with the axle/hub itself or there is way too much weight on the back tires of the trailer. At 5k miles, those tires should look practically new still.
    Take it to the dealer if you are running level pulling it down the road.

    2018 2500 what make,I got a 2015 2500 ram and have a 8in drop with the stock tires ,put on 35in tires and could use a 9 in to level out trailer. I have no lift on the truck .A 4in drop seems kinda short
