Has anyone ever had a machine shop punch out a bunch of blades for you? Might cost a little but seems like a good way to get the exact size and shape you want. Just a thought.

The upfront cost is ridiculous. Look on ebay, find some good ones in China. Phenix blades are 2.00 plus each.
