Where is it accessible on Cobra 201d

Behind drivers seat through a hole, the best I remember from getting to the one on my son's old boat. It was a pain to get the seat off, I think the bottom unbolted as one unit then some screws in bottom of seat back, then lift straight up to remove from sliding clamp assembly. There was access to the top of the tank through a hole. We have redone a number of boats and I could be wrong but I think this is correct.

Thanks, already had seat off getting reupholstered, just had to cut carpet
