My 520L in three footers yesterday

I cant get over how much better my L boat handles on the rollers on Ky Lake, the wind was close to 20 at times and TVA pulling 150,000 threw the dam. It was a dryer ride also and worked those long rollers with grace. First time I had her in that kind of water, very well satisfied ,,,,,RT

Good to know, I have yet to sse rough water.
On a seperate note Rodney, do you know how to remove seats from an "L" boat, mine are lose and the dealer is 2 hours one way, I thought if it's not that big a deal I could tighten them myself

They’re all like that. Checked numerous L boats at the factory and a dealer. The guy at Ranger just kinda shrugged when I asked about it.

Yeah, mine are still loose. Haven't got around to tightening them yet.

Take it to ur dealer, they are a pain to get out especially on some of the first ones coming out. You take that Crome strip off along with all screws across, two screws each seat and screws out of part of the plastic panels on each end. That whole box has to come out to tighten ur seats!!

Some one was asking questions about the L boat performance,,,,,,,,RT After getting about four hours on mine and changing over to my Mark 3 blade Fury I hit 75 by myself and tank of fuel plus live well full. My factory 26 Raker didn't quite get the job done. Its kind of funny, the Fury did not work good on my last year C boat but works great on the L boat. Very happy with it, dryer ride and better softer ride in choppy water. The 520L and G2 are a good combo,,,,,RT
