What is the proper hub kit for a 24 Tempest to 150HO Etec G2?

    Bought this for my new 150 HO G2, running a 25 Tempest+.

Thanks. That's the same one i have and i have a 1/4" gap between the step of the prop and the lower unit lip. If that make sense. Just seems too wide. How's the 25 tempest working out.
I have one from my last boat but didn't think it would have the hole shot.

So far so good but with the torque of the 150 HOG2 I’m thinking the 25 Tempest+ needs more cup. The Tempest is a larger diameter prop than a Raker. My setup has roughly the same dimension as yours between the prop hub step and lower unit lip. I’m running two small hole vents and none on the other holes.

What kind of speed you getting with the 25? I ran the 24 last night and played with the plate from 3- to 3.25 P to P and best i could get was 59-60 at 5970 RPM. Want to pick up a couple more MPH and get the RPM down around 5800 if possible.
