    Bow lifting prop for 150

Question tempest vs raker? Will a raker (old style) fit on a yamaha 150 2 stroke carb motor?

The old style Raker has a pressed in hub splined for an Evinrude/Johnson prop shaft. A Tempest + takes the Flo Torq hub kit and can be set up for any motor with the right hub kit. I had a 24 Raker on my 150 Johnson carb motor and it lifted well and gave me the best performance as compared to my 25 Tempest+ I had as a spare. Now I just repowered with a 150 HO E-Tec G2 and am running the 25 Tempest. Not enough time on it yet to be certain it’s the right prop going forward.

He right , like the older style Tempest and Laser prop's. The rubber hub want take the heat from the 3 liter motors .

If you can find a M Yamaha prop they are very similar to a Raker.
