This past week was another busy one at Vexus™. In the midst of production activities, we managed to squeeze in our first large-scale photo shoot inside the factory. This black and white snapshot of an AVX1980 was taken from a different angle than the main cameras but shows several of the new paint booths in the background. The state-of-the-art booths are designed as ‘clean rooms,’ helping us deliver the purest and best paint finishes on each model. Integrated track systems travel through the rooms, delivering boats and trailers to their separate destinations inside our facilities. It’s a process flow built for both efficiency and security of the rig as it moves through production.
Inside the booths, our exclusive Hard Case™ paint is applied to the aluminum hybrid models while our Victor Shield™ polyurea trailer coating goes on in another section. Each provides unparalleled UV protection and scratch and chip resistance. We’ll share more on those and many more Vexus™ Advantages in upcoming posts.
