    Wind splitter?

    I notice on alot of Allison's there are wind splitters in front of the motor. How much does this help and would it help on a 90-95mph boat or do you need to be going faster to need that?

    I would think the rear fairing helps at any speed and the faster the better it would work.

    I was considering one for my gambler. It was mid 80's with a 250 and now I have installed a 300 so i anticipate a few more mph. Every trip out since the swap has had 3 foot waves so no speed passes :(
