There's still storage underneath the coin box area, you just have to access it from either the driver or passenger seat opening.
Does anyone have an rt188 with a coinbox on here? Curious to hear some feedback on it, maybe some pics?

It's a 2018. I added it as an option when I purchased the boat. It was installed at the factory. They had just started offering it about the time I ordered my boat. I think I paid $253.00 dollars extra for it.

Wow that looks super nice! Was hoping for someone to say that you could buy this separately and slap it on but it looks like you'd have to change up the board where the passenger and middle seats are.

I could not afford the Ranger one so I made this one.

I actually bought the floor mats at Lowe's. I had to cut about a half inch off the length of each one to make them fit. The backs are made of thick heavy rubber so they stay put. They keep the carpet clean and I can just pull them out and hose them off when needed.
I really like that and have my eye on a Ranger RT... lurking here for a while ... learning and reading. Beautiful boat.
Love the layout and colors and that center console. I don't need a seat there....

why do they call them coin boxes? it's not like we keep change to pay tolls. I have one on my boat but can't find where to put coins.
I’m wondering the same thing . From the pics posted it looks like it may have some front hang over which might prevent you from opening up the passenger seat all the way with it mounted on the older boats with out modifying the box lids .
