    Well so much for that

The lake we were just starting to get fish on the bank has cooled down. The COE in their infinite wisdom opened the flood gates and was releasing tons of water. The water temps dropped from the low 60's to high 50's and pushed the fish off the bank. I searched a lot of depths but the fish have appeared to scatter. The lake was at normal pool and is dropping fast. I know they are expecting rain but not sure how much. Oh well on to the other Lakes for a new search. Ended up with only 6 males yesterday.

Our total for 2 weeks was 320 big slabs .. I was hoping for another 200 or so .. a guy gets spoiled when You 1st cast of the day catches a pound and a half crappie ...
