I just shipped it back to T W , got a box from MK service center , they told me the broken screw inside box mine came in was not a M K part .
You would've NEVER been satisfied any other way on this.. this way You are happy/satisfied and the great folks @TackleWhorehouse™ get to keep their reputation "win/win" or 'win squared'...
Update Tackle Warehouse got the TM back and gave me a refund and I respect them for that , I got new unit from MK and it arrived in a undamaged box .
PLenty of people in you position would have been pissed and upset also and done the same thing......
Now install the replacement and have fun fishing....
