Ultrex and Universal Sonar Cable

So I installed my new Ultrex yesterday. I am not going to use the universal sonar cable, as I have my Humminbird mega 10 using the DI transducer on the trolling motor. What have you guys done with the universal sonar cable if you are not using it? I guess I can just run it down the trolling motor cable and leave it loose on the end.

You can disconnect it inside the head and cap it with a tire stem cap.
I ran mine along with the other cables and just leave it under the bow panel just in case something goes with my Helix t-ducer at least I will have 2D.

I opened the head and pulled the wire back up and in. Tucked away if needed later but not protruding from the head.

I pushed mine up into the head all but the end threads and screwed a valve stem cap from a bicycle on to it.
