Anyone using these pflugers? Amazon has em for a great price with really good reviews. My daughter wants to learn to cast a BC this year, just wondering if they are worth $60

Have used a few of their spinning reels, but not a casting reel. Have a buddy that has some of the older casting reels, and he seems to like those. For $60 I think you will be ok.
