LeBron...buzzer beater!
"The man of system is apt to be very wise in his own conceit; and is often so enamored with the supposed beauty of his own ideal plan of government that he cannot suffer the smallest deviation from any part of it…He seems to imagine that he can arrange the different members of a great society with as much ease as the hand arranges the different pieces upon a chessboard.” Adam Smith, The Theory of Moral Sentiments
How about the block the play before, his defense gets overlooked.
That was an amazing shot...he made up for his blunder with that blocked shot and amazing fade away 3. Deff one of the best to ever play in the NBA.
During a field goal attempt, touch a ball after it has touched the backboard below the ring level and while the ball is on its upward flight.” here is the rule lol
you can block a shot as long as it has not made contact with the board first or if it is not on its way down. If the ball is on its way up, then its fair game, and you can absolutely PIN it to the backboard if you want. The refs got it right.
I don't think Cleveland will get out of the east though, I think this year Toronto will come from the east, its their time, they've paid their dues. As for the Pacers, they're done, can't win with Lance Stephenson, he's a joke.
Just in case you guys havent heard...hes kind of a big deal.
Is that the big Orange ball or the little white one with bumps?
Watched the replay this morning and it was goal tending. Would not have mattered though, as then they would have won by one instead of three.
That is actually not the rule. If the ball touches above the ring, which it clearly did, it doesn't matter whether it is going down or up.
"d. During a field goal attempt, touch a ball after it has touched any part of the backboard above ring level, whether the ball is considered on its upward or downward flight. "
It should have been called and reviewed because if it is not called it can't be reviewed. Lebron probably gets more favorable calls than anybody now.
I still don't see it as goal tending. The ball was not touching the backboard or rim when LeBron touched it. LeBron blocked it and pinned it to the backboard...the refs know this, that's why the call was not made.
