Bought this motor and it hasn’t been run hardly any. I changed the fuel line, bulb and fuel filter under the cowling. Motor starts and idled better on the hose. But, it seemed as if it wouldn’t get warm and start peeing unless you revved up the engine. Then continuous alarm beep. Could the thermostat be bad or stuck? What are the possibilities with this type alarm? Many thanks!

it has a new impeller as well.
thermostat is posiblity also check grommet around thermostat
