Can't Remove the Seat from my 09 Skeeter SX 170 (Help Please)

I have an sx 170 2009 model. It has bucket seats with a smaller step/seat between.
I can remove the bottom part of the bucket seats but not the backs. I cannot locate any type of screw.
These seat backs do not have a cusion in the middle that can be pulled back to expose a screw.

I have emailed the Skeeter Company without any success of even an response.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Try pulling the backs upwards. They are held in place by L brackets. Make sure there are no screws along the bottom edge before you start pulling on them. It may take considerable force.

Are the rear storage bins behind seat removable? On my SX 190 the plastic bins came out....
