    Trim popping

Is a popping noise caused by air in the system? It almost sounds like someone is knocking on wood. I can't figure how to upload the video. If anyone can help me out I would appreciate it.

Popping when you're trimming it or just sitting there?

If it's popping when you trim up or down you need grease on the ends of the rams.

Greased the rams and that did not fix it. It sounds like it is coming from the bar that the motor rotates vertically on. I may need to add more grease to that. It happens at the same spots everytime.

    Are you using trim extenders?

Check the rods and ram housing for any uneven wear. May just need to be greased as stated.
