Do you think anyone will be able to count from 1-150 this year and line the boats up correctly, or will boat 150 still be sitting up front next to the no wake buoy?

Just do it like the Bullet Owners tournaments. When the call boat #1 everybody takes off.

Can someone explain why that happens at every tournament. I had boat #4 this weekend and there were at least 15 boats right at the tournament directors boat waiting to have their number called out.

I wish I knew. It's aggravating as hell to me sometimes. I guess because When I started fishing and I fished with a club that normally had 50 or more boats you just knew who was starting in front of you and who was behind you. For me, even when they used a bull horn, the numbers were hard to hear. So much easier to watch the guy in front of you leave and when you heard something from the guy calling blast-off next you knew it was your cue to go.

Back to what Hume suggested, I think if all 150 boats left at once it would suck all the water out of New Hope.

The same reason that as soon as the gate agent at the airport picks up there mic everyone waiting huddles around that gate. People are generally self-center. Also a full have are of below average intelligence. ;)

Please pass this along to every boater you see, we need everyone to stay in close or behind the ramps. We will be blasting off from the docks so please tell everyone to stay towards the back of the cove!!! Let's see how many listen!!

Ok, I just talked to Shawna and the drop out race has begun, we're down to single digit standby boaters so if you know someone that isn't signed up ask them to please do so!!!

I just hope they keep a little water in Jordan. I like her around 218.

It may be too early for it to get really good with a bunch of water in it. If it gets good it's going to be a slug fest.

Don't really matter much to me. I like to have a good showing, but the main thing is to get my co on some fish. We both had a blast last year and I'd love to see it that way again. Still haven't wet a hook yet this year. Hope to go maybe this coming Monday. My buddy from Colorado is on his way now to fish it this year. Think that'll hold up for the person coming from the furthest away?
