Thinking of Lake Quachita for vacation first week of June

I haven’t been there in 20 yrs. Can anyone recommend a decant place? Prefer a cabin over motel or lodge. Any help appreciated. Thanks

North Shores has cabins, but it’s a long ways to any restaurants, or even a gas station.

Also if you are looking at getting a guide check out Chris Darby. He offers guide service for all species.

Mountain Harbor is without a doubt the nicest resort on the lake.

Three Sisters State park rents cabins I believe. Might be worth checking, I just stay at my house.

I like Shangri La but it isn’t quite as nice as Mountain Harbor. The Harbor is a little too busy for me. Shangri La is a little more peaceful and the motel rooms are simple which is more my style.

I'll second or third Mt harbor I've stayed there several times and it has always been nice when I've stayed there!

I'll go with either Crystal Springs or Three Sisters. Inevitably you're going to "need something." Or just want to go to dinner somewhere instead of cooking and those two places are going to make those tasks easier. You can't go wrong with the ones mentioned.
