    Question What Rod

    Action and power do you prefer to fish the Neko rig, keep in mind I have a $150 limit.

    I have a tfo tactical 6’11” medium light fast spinning rod, it throws nekos and wackys pretty well

    I'd go with an Abu Garcia Villain 2.0 They retail for $200 but can be had online for $140. I ordered mine from Gnarly Gorilla.com and paid $135 with free shipping. For the Neko I'd probably go with the 7' ML extra fast or the 6'10" ML fast. Both would do well as a drop shot or Ned Rig rod also.
