I made the mistake of spending almost 6 whole dollars....to watch "The Shape of Water" last night...........I could'a bought a new frog with that money..I guess that's award worthy entertainment these days..... that (story?) could have been told without a lot of things they chose to include....I will be the first one to admit to my "Dinosaur" Status...but I just don't get it....anybody want to share the meaning or the storyline behind this movie..cause I missed it!!
It won a lot. I watched the trailer, and couldn’t bring myself to watch to watch. Crazy how it won so much, yet your the first I’ve heard that’s watched it. Lol.
Usually if a movie gets poor reviews from the critics I love it and vice versa. They loved it, so I was in no rush to see it. Lol.
More of a chick flick, not that there's anything wrong with a guy liking it, but it's basically a love story.

I didn't say anything about liking it....I did see a few things in it that signaled "love"...The woman loved being in the bathtub....alone....and bonking a colorful creature from the black lagoon that loved hard boiled eggs.. The artist loved eating pie for a different reason and the dude that "loved" his cattle prod also seemed to love tapping things that didn't make noise..I get my frogs at Wally world...I like Pad Crashers...
