    Motor issue?

Bought a 2018 FX20 in February. Currently has 20 hours. So the first few trips I noticed the control panel would light up only halfway. Thought the panel was the problem but it kept working. Fast forward to April and went to start at launch and the motor wouldn’t start...dead battery? Finally got it started and made it through the day. Took it in to dealer and they put in a brand new Trojan battery. Just tried to hook up and leave again for the first time. Turned main power on and the control panel flashed and the motor wouldn’t tilt up. Tried a couple times. Nothing. Went to shut off main power and got shocked through the switch. Pretty sure it’s not a battery issue now. Going to take back into dealer but have no idea of what the problem may be. Very frustrating to have a 2018 with these type issues right off the bat.

Lots of missing info?? ^^^ What did you do to get it started?
You got a shock through a 12v switch?? Were your hands wet? Was the battery charger still plugged in?
