Need help to understand my bottom reading.
I have a hds carbon with airmar b60 thru hull transducer.
I t shows the bottom very good at all speeds,with a wide bright bottom i thought was hard /oyster bed.
however the brightness changes when i slow down,to a very thin yellow band.
I am using # 13 palette.
I took a screen shot, is there a different setting i should be using?Or is this normal for the bottom brightness to be wide at planing speed?
where i fish there are a lot of oyster leases/beds,that is what i am trying to identify by sonar.
