Have the Big Button switch's for Blades. Less than year old. "Up" stopped working today. Other button worked fine. Would like to have some help before ordering more. I took it apart. I'm assuming they run off watch battery? Help or ideas?

Take non functioning button apart, look for anything lose or any broken connections. Call Power Pole and they will have a new up button on the way to you.

would be my guess he tried to replace battery... already.. least I hope. It's like saying my TV doesn't work only to find its not plugged into the wall..
