Prop height question

I am running a Renegade 4 blade 25p I think its 13.5 inch.. Runs about 5800 RPM.... I also have a Raker 2 3 blade that my 225 has trouble turning and I get about 5000-5400RPM
Can I adjust the jackplate up or down to maybe make the Raker a little easier on the engine and potentially pick up some speed too?

Yes, jack it up, keep an eye on the water pressure. You should gain RPM and speed, when you get to where you lose speed that's it, drop it back to last setting.
