Be sure (what ever you get) that they are tall enough that your rain suit doesn't come above them while you are sitting.

Very true, I’ve got some BPS rubber shoes that work well while standing, not so much when sitting. Gonna get some Muck Ankle boots.

Have a tourney tomorrow 100% chance of rain I don’t have a shoes or boots that will keep the water out or have I owned any for fishing any suggestions

Simms fishing boots are best I’ve found in 20 years ... if cold wear wool socks

For next time, keep a pair of Gore-Tex socks in the boat.
