    618 storage demenisions ?

I know this question has been answered somewhere but I can’t find it .
i have a super small garage and was wondering storage demensions on a 618
phoenix . If any one has one be a huge help if you can confirm length on trailer with
tongue swonge and width of trailer outside of tire . Also is it possible to push the nose of the boat over a few feet on a tandem trailer ?
Thanks for any help I get .

you can get some type of floor dollies to move a tandem by hand. the 618 does not need 2 axles but I do recommend you swap tires to load D

If you have ever blown a tire at 70 mph you know why a tandem is a good idea. I know of what I speak . Trailer was damaged and so was my boat. Will never own another boat without one.

I have a set of these from Harbor Freight to help me turn my dual axle 819. Works great.

I have had blowouts on a single. 4 times actually and it was not pleasant. A blow-out can do damage. I run load D's on my single now, change tires every 24 month no matter the situation and run at full pressure. This conservative approach does not say I won't have issues but duels can have issues as well.

There is a sticky at the top of the page with all of the dimensions of the boat with tongue folded and motor down. Here is the info from that.

Model Length on trailer, tongue folded, motor trimmed down in feet and inches.

    618: *21'6"
    619/719/819/919: *22'6"
    721: *23'6"
    920: *23'4"
    921: *24'

*Mercury Pro XS (add 3" for SHO).

    NOTE:
If your garage measurements are close, please consult with your dealer or the factory. These numbers are compiled from members of this board and are only considered approximate.
