No GPS or map data on 798ci hd

Hello. My 798 is not showing any mapping or GPS data or even any menu items to get me to the map or gps headings. It has the internal GPS so is it possible that something just came unplugged inside the unit or something? Is there anyway I can recover it so i can see my maps? thanks.

Some have found a connection that has come loose on some models.

BUT without a GPS satellite lock, you get no Chart or GPS functions.
