Transparent Soft Plastic Dye that can be used in Spray Bottle?

Looking for suggestions for a Soft Plastic Dye that can be used in a misting spray bottle.

For years I’ve been using the original Yum LPT Spray Bottles in the Crawfish Red. The original formula had more of a transparent dye based liquid. Then they changed it to the “ferocity” stuff which was an oil spray and my plastics did not absorb the color of the attractant like it’s predecessor did.

I did see on Tackle Warehouse that there is a newer rendition of their attractant but no idea if it’s still the oil base or the original transparent dye base.

If anyone can tell me whether it’s one or the other it would save me the trouble of ordering stuff I will never use.

Alternatively if anyone has any suggestions for a transparent dye based attractant or even just lure dye I can add scent to that would be appreciated. Thanks!

No real idea about either, but I'd try adding some RIT dye or this stuff: http://www.tacklewarehouse.com/Dyein...ge-DYE2OZ.html to what doesn't work and see what happens. Alternatively, try contacting Pradco and ask if they have any of the old stuff you liked still in the warehouse, and voice your displeasure with their current stuff. Can't hurt, if you're diplomatic about it.

    Already did that lol

Might give that stuff a try. Not particular about the scent. Just it's ability to leech into the plastic.
