Breaker in jumper wires on 24 volt system?

Putting two batteries in an old aluminum boat. I know to use a 60 amp breaker for my terrova on the main hot wire but would it be better to put one in the jumper wire too (between hot and negative)?

    thanks

No need for multiple breakers. The same current flows everywhere in the system.
If you have integrity, nothing else matters. If you don't have integrity,
    nothing else matters.

Agreed, once the circuit breaks, no power flows so the one positive wire breaker is all you need.
