    Question Hubbard Lake.

    Can someone tell me if the ice is off the lake yet and if not is there any open water yet?

    There's no open water North of Houghton lake except Fletcher's which had skim ice last I heard.

    Hubbard should break up in the next week or two . Long and Grand still have 15-20 inches. Problem is the launches have snow piles stacked in front of them in most places and docks wont be in for awhile.

    50's all week and 60 next week. open water in cadillac....shorelines of inland lakes are open but no docks will be in for a bit.
    You should know that in bee tending if you don't shut your trap the bees will get out.

    A few docks are in around the TC area. Ice is clearing fast and minnows and coming into the shallows.
    You should know that in bee tending if you don't shut your trap the bees will get out.

    My FIL has a place on Long in Alpena..He stopped by last night on his way home from Arizona..He has security cameras on the outide of his house that he can monitor from his phone...From the pictures it looked like his cove still had ice but the main lake was breaking up fast...Should be completely open by the end of today or tommorrow..
