Which engine is a better engine the Evinrude 115hp or the Mercury 115hp?
Never ending arguement and everyone will have an opinion, some with more actual experience with both brands to back up that opinion-some without. You need to tell us what engines you are talking about. Both brands offer or have offered recently engines with different power outputs and technologies in said 115HP class. I think the simplest answer would be both companies offer nice engines in this HP class and it would come down to the skill level of the selling/rigging dealer as to which brand you chose if you are wanting to fit either to your boat.
