Please help 2007 hpdi 200 not charging

2007 hpdi not charging I ohmed the stator wires all 3 of them was .3 ohms and checked all fuses and wiring all good. Is there anyway to check the regulator and confirm its bad the guy at my local boat shop said it was 250-300 dollar part and i dont want to wast that money if its not the issue or theirs a better fix possibly, also is there any place to get a new one offline or a sponsor on here? i did some google searching and found nothing.

With the motor running the stator wires are checked for voltage. A to B, B to C and A to C. Three checks in all. If the stator output meets minimum specifications but there is nil or insufficient output from the R/R then the R/R is presumed to be defective. If the stator output is below specs then the stator is presumed to be defective.
