    2018 721 Pro xp PROP

Does anyone know what the reasoning would be that my 721 would come with a fury 4 blade 25p on it? I was expecting a fury 3 blade 25p. Just curious if anyone else had a 721 come with a 4 blade?

The prop is normally installed by the dealer. I would think that it's a mistake and you should contact the dealer and let them know that you want a 3 blade. The results from the 4 blade have been disappointing, from what I am hearing from my dealer.

I have a new 21phx being rigged at the dealer. I noticed it had a 25 fury 4 on it also. Running a Verado Pro. Not sure if this is right prop either.

Verado likes 4 blade props. Fury 4 or Bravo

I was thinking the same thing it runs 73 wide open at around 6000 rpms. I feel like I could get more out of it with a 3 Blade but I'm not a expert.

I’ve read that the 24 fury 4 performs great on the heavier phx but is turning a lot of rpm’s. Guess I’ll try the 25 and see what happens.

Some dealers just slap on a prop they have. I've seen boats with 27s when they can only turn a 24 or whatever. Most times they will trade them out

Yeah, you should be at 75-77 alone with a 25 fury 3 blade... depending on your load and whether or not you have poles. I don't have poles and run 77 alone with the 25 and 75-76 with 2 people. The 26 is faster alone, but you give up a little with 2 people compared to the 25.
