2007 HPDI problem came back. Won't start after it dies

I have a 2007 HPDI 250. Originally I took it to the shop cause after I launched it would die very easy if I touched the gas after starting it or shifted into gear too soon. Then it wouldn't start again for 20-30 minutes like clock work. It would just crank and sputter. However let it set 20min and it would fire up. Runs great all around other then that. I replaced plugs and it ran great for a month then started this again.

Shop sent off injectors to have them cleaned and adjusted back in spec. Replaced all filters and plugs. Again, ran great for a month now doing it again.

I've owned this boat for 9 months before this and hadn't had an issue. Has 160 hours on it.

Check your low pressure fuel pumps. Unbolt them from the block and squeeze the primer bulb to see if any fuel leaks out.

I can do that, so if fuel leaks out what does that mean? A diaphragm bad? And what is the fix?

    Thanks for the help.
