    Breakfast Sausage

    I’ve been wanting to grind my own breakfast sausage, does anyone have a recipe (spices) they’d like to share ?

    I make summer sausage and just use the bass pro kits. Im almost sure they have a breakfast sausage kit as well.

    Go to your local butcher or grocery store that makes a good breakfast sausage that you like. Ask the Butcher if you can buy 1 of their spice packages for breakfast sausage. I do it every fall

    Leggs plantation has great breakfast sausage seasoning. I add a little extra sage.
