How do you clean the air intakes on 150 hp optimax?

Hello, my 150 opti has a lot of visible black dust and residue when i look down into
the throttle plate. How can i clean it without taking off the air phelum? The black dust came from the belt.
It is mounding up on the alternator. Prob becuase the alternator mounts need replacing. Its wearing its edge off. I dont want to take the air phelum off bc of the oil pump. I would like to clean it theough the throttle body area (after i remove the throttle body)

take it off 4 bolts remove plate, you may need new belt also

yes sir, do not remove any other screws or adjustments on plate assembly

Not knowing much of how the Optimax works, could that fine black dust have been sucked into the air compressor, eventually plugging air injectors? Is the a filter on the compressor intake?
