Nice, looks good.
I am a better driver than videographer lol. My goggles did video well only I was trying to get a backup video with my phone and got it in the way lol.

So much for Top Secret...... lol
Cutting the final goodies right now.
I always find it interesting that the wind looks so calm, but was far from it. The boat was also hard over riding on the left and it doesn’t look that way.
Thanks for the video Jay.

The water does look much better on video every time! Conditions were not horrible but the weird winds coming out of the cove made for some interesting moments for sure. funny how it blows straight down a cove and switches directions on open water!

Good looking run. Great balance front to back. Poles make a much bigger difference than what I thought they would in handling at top speeds.
I have to agree. Can I make my boat run just shy of what it ran without? - yes.
But I really have to drive it to pull that off and the day, temp, and most importantly the wind have to be right. I used to be able to drive faster in moderate wind. Not anymore. To be more honest I don’t really care if my top top end is off. I just want to be in the 90’s without any issues. My last few outings I have been pushing top end numbers way more than I would just to see what it will do. I never drive over low 90’s unless I’m testing (seems to be every time I go out now) or out with people.
I will Also say that 12.5” didn’t rectify that at all or give me any pickup in performance (I really wasn’t expecting much). Still to early to say more. But I ran my big wheel and a small wheel fast wheel and see no difference between 12.5” and 10.5”. I was at minimum hoping to have to trim less so I could build more tuck into the plate, but that didn’t happen either. I still trimmed to the same numbers as 10.5”. The move to 12.5 was strictly for space to put gadgets. I had no room with my hydraulic plate and spacer configuration and also was mounted as high as I could go.
I will I’ll have the wind thing fixed next week, so we will see what happens and I should have all the rest of my goodies on by smoke on the water I hope. If not we will be doing some light fab next to the cabin.
