    Angry 2018 Mercury Pro XS diaphragm

    I’ve replaced the 4th one on my motor in the first 37hrs.....is anyone having problems with these?

    Loose fuel pressure and then idle is all that it’ll do.Twice it happened at the landing ,twice it was away from the landing.

    Are you replacing the diaphragms, or is a Dealer doing the work?

    Sure hope the dealer is doing the work on that new engine and documenting the issue for warranty.

    Replace the entire pulse pump. I had the exact same problem on my 18 pro xs. The service trailer at the bass opens tried putting a new pump in. Took 3 minutes. Solved it immediately

    3 times at the service trailer,1 time at the local dealer.....I haven’t touched it
