2002 225 Optimax issues getting on plane

I have a 2002 225 Optimax #OT483489 . The issue is first few times I put it on plane she is fine but then starts to plow water . If I make a quick turn to the left she gets up on plane and runs fine but I have to hook the hard left for the rest of the day . next time out same issue . I am thinking about changing the fuel filter plugs , wires and primer bulb . Any suggestions would be great . Thanks

As cheep and easy try is plugs and filters bulb but I am thinking possibly the tuner, intermittent issue is a big deal. Might be something electrical getting hot and breaking down. How long have u had this engine? How many hours? but a video would be nice.
