08 zx225 speed?

I just bought a 2008 zx225 with a Vmax 225 series 2. I am getting 66 mph with 2 guys and a light load and 1/4 tank of gas. I have the 25T1 prop. I counted the dots and there are 12 showing? It runs about 56-5700 rpms @ wot. This was trimmed all the way up. I'm not familiar with how much lift a skeeters should have but didn't seem like too much but did feel like it was pretty much on pad. Any ideas? Also I'm pretty sure I need to bleed my sea star because I kept having to turn left and it would keep slowly straightening back up?

My 2016 >>>> 7-8 dots....should touch 6,000...probably never get 70 with full tanks and 2 guys but should get 67-68...

I have the same boat and year, my boat is at the lake when I get down this weekend I will look to see where the plate is set and the prop. But fully loaded and full of fuel 2 people perfect conditions I get 68. Now same set up warm flat conditions 66 is tops. Light load me 1/2 tank fuel good running conditions 71-72. I did see 74 one time but don't ask me why.

I have a 2003 ZX225 and I run around 66-67 with 2 people and tournament load. The fastest I have seen is 70 with only myself.

I have a 04’ ZX 225 hpdi 2 people loaded 5800-5900
rpm 64-65. Me by myself loaded 68-70. 25T1. I do have a hydraulic jack plate but
don’t think I’ve found the sweet spot yet.
