How can the online places sell XD-100 at reasonable prices and dealers can't or won't ? Do they buy in much bigger volume ? My dealer wants over 60 a gallon, I would buy from my local dealer if he was closer in price.

I ordered Monday and had 3 gallons at the house yesterday. I assume they just sell so much more volume but I also see their prices change online so it pays to shop around. I Also agree with ChampionMan (for once) if your dealer has bulk it will be much cheaper.
When I used to travel into DE for work I would stop by my old dealer where I bought this boat. He has bulk but his was more expensive that Domo was even after shipping. He matched the price with no hesitation.
