Idle air bleed info needed

Hello,
Motor is a 1986 135 Hp Black Max. S/N 0B211062.
Does this motor have an "idle air bleed" adjustment screw? If so, where is it located on the carb/motor?
This motor runs perfectly except when idling through a no wake zone or when docking it will want to stall.
Have tried raising trim to get ports above water but no luck.
Where to look next?

fixed jets in front of carbs, sounds like running lean or fuel starve may need good tune up or linkage adjust, possible bleed system problem also
